The White House has released the results of Donald Trump’s latest medical exam, confirming the 78-year-old is in “excellent health.” Conducted at Walter Reed Hospital, the exam showed Trump weighs 224 pounds (down from 244 in 2020), has a blood pressure of 128/74, and no mental or neurological abnormalities.
White House physician Capt. Sean Barbabella credited Trump’s active lifestyle, frequent public appearances, and golf victories for his well-being. A colonoscopy in July 2024 revealed only a benign polyp and diverticulosis. The only noted issue was scarring on his ear from the July 2024 assassination attempt.
Trump stated, “I have never felt better,” but acknowledged the need for regular medical checks. The press secretary confirmed no anesthesia was used and reiterated Trump’s strong physical and mental condition.
Despite past concerns about Trump’s diet and exercise habits, doctors say he’s in very good shape and fit for the duties of president.
