Trump’s Cognitive Test Results Are In — Here’s What Doctors Found

After his first annual physical since returning to office, President Donald Trump was declared in “excellent cognitive and physical health” by White House physician Dr. Sean Barbabella. The 78-year-old president visited Walter Reed Medical Center on Friday, and the results were released on Sunday.

Trump stands 6’3” and weighs 224 pounds. His heart rate was 62 bpm and blood pressure 128/74. The report praised his active lifestyle and “frequent golf victories” as contributing to his well-being. No major abnormalities were found, apart from scarring on his right ear from the July 2024 assassination attempt.

He scored a perfect 30/30 on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment, the same as during his first term in 2018. Trump currently takes aspirin, rosuvastatin, ezetimibe, and mometasone cream for minor conditions.

Barbabella, a military doctor with experience in Afghanistan and Iraq, led the exam. Trump told reporters afterward, “I think I did very well. I got every answer right.” The update was shared while Trump spent the weekend at Mar-a-Lago.
